I stayed at your hotel from October 9 through October 12, 2024, and had an extremely disappointing experience. The manager on duty between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm on October 10, Monique, displayed a lack of professionalism and customer care, which greatly impacted our stay.
First, despite the advertisements claiming that room service is available, it is not. Regardless of the menus provided, we were informed we had to go downstairs to order food, and even then, the menu was extremely limited. The expectation for basic services that should have been included with the room rate was completely unmet.
Additionally, both ice machines were broken, and the hotel was down to one functioning elevator. The staff showed no concern for our discomfort, making it clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. After I mentioned that I travel frequently and blog about my experiences with hotels and restaurants for a living, I was repeatedly disturbed by phone calls to my room. These calls disrupted my peace and included threats to move me to a different hotel simply because I raised concerns about the quality of my stay.
Furthermore, I recorded all of our phone calls, which seemed to send Monique into an unhinged state. Her unprofessional behavior escalated, making the situation even more uncomfortable and hostile.
This treatment was unacceptable. If you’re looking to be treated like scum and pay for services you won’t receive, then this is the place for you.
