They have literally ruined the first days of our trip. We've called them after the booking to ask about parking, I have been informed that it was available and chargeable, which I'm fine with, but no one ever told us we had to book it.
Trip day, 11PM, we arrive to an unknown city, no park is available and we had to walk 2km with 4 luggage's because the city is packet and that was the closest spot available.
The rest of our trip had to be completely re-planed as we couldn't leave and come back whenever we wanted with the car.
Bed is not a queen as described, there is no blanket or duvet in the bedroom. you need to choose to freeze in the bedroom with the AC or turn it off and burn in the 35 degrees of summer. Of course I got a cold.
Breakfast is pretty simple, eggs were cold, sweets are limited and not many vegetarian options (probably not a single vegan one). Coffee is on request and what annoyed me the most was that we have been denied a second one when asked.
No English speaking personnel during the evenings and everyday a different type of amenity was missing, a towel, a soap, a shower cap, a cup, always something new.
It looks like the definition of 4 stars is a bit different to them, worst 1500 EUR I've ever spent.
