A very difficult booking in. The owner wasn't expecting our arrival. Many and various phone calls later the issue was resolved, but I have had to spend a lot more money than I had agreed on my original booking. Given the location, I had little choice, or relocate to an alternative several miles away.
The hotel was good, but the breakdown in communication between Expedia and the owner is a major concern, personally embarrassing and unless I can get a refund for the difference, unexpectedly expensive.
