The cottage was very quiet and remote yet the road is no problem at all. It has a stunning view and there’s a walk route where you can explore nearby villages and farm. The cottage owner was friendly and accommodating. She prepared freshly baked scones, milk, coffee, tea, sugar ready on our arrival. She checked on us as well twice to make sure we’re okay. The cottage was cosy and heating was perfect if you need it. The water pressure was superb and the kitchen is well equipped. Location wise, it’s very close to Bewts-y-Coed so supplies and dining options aren’t a problem at all! It’s a perfect base to explore North Wales!
