Staff were so welcoming and helpful! Room was comfortable (though the room was chilly at night - wish we had an extra comforter in the room!) and the coffee station had drinkable coffee. Loved the Cafe Nero next door too.

A little gem.
Everything is brand new and shining. The room is small but functional. The bathroom is sizable. Very comfy queen bed. Big tv. Very quiet (I asked for a room on the back side). The lobby decor is kind of cool. The location is excellent, across the street from the T stop.

Pleasant stay
Cute hotel, comfortable rooms, convenient location. Only issues were 1) we tried calling 4 times to let them know flight was significantly delayed, and no one ever answered the phone, and 2) there is a frosted glass window between the bathroom and the bedroom, which means if anyone turns on the bathroom light, the bedroom is illuminated (which woke both of us up at different points during the stay).
