When we arrive the guy at the front desk couldn't speak english and informed us by google translate that they have had a problem with our reservation. We waited for him to "clean" a room, we accepted as we were talking to the manager the next morning. Very bad service, he never offered to help us with our bags and had us waiting at the staircase as he translated in his cellphone. The following day we were transfer to another hotel, we had payed for an ocean view and we got a construction view at a different hotel/village. The lady didn't know what to do when we told her we weren't happy with the change. She only offered to take us to the airport as an apology, but that didn't happen either. We never heard from her again and she never offered to give us a refund, in the end it was their mistake. Our stay in Da Nang was ruined because of this.
They seemed to be very new and you can see it in the inexperience when dealing with this sort of problems. More could have been done and offered. Very dissapointed with the whole experience.
