Not an experience to be repeated!
Having been asked to make contact directly with the property managers prior to arrival, we attempted to telephone and e-mail for 3 days with no response. We made our own way to the area and, after several hours trying to locate the apartments in what was nothing more than an area of apartments in the middle of a building zone, we, by chance, located the building (don't look for a sign - there is none) an, again by luck met a couple standing outside who were waiting for the 'concierge' Chelsea.
After checking the other couple in, Chelsea advised us that the office had no record of our booking, despite us showing her our confirmation from Expedia. Long story short, there was no accommodation available for the 5 nights we had booked however we accepted an upgrade to a 2bedroom apt with roof top plunge pool for the 3 night this accommodation was available. We were offered the opportunity to stay non and move to another apartment for the 4th night but advised nothing was available for the last night. We opted to stay for 3 nights and move elsewhere for 2 nights as the last day was my wife's birthday and I didn't want her packing and having the upheaval of a move on her birthday - having already considered this when booking originally.
The apt was immaculate, very well presented and equipped - although, only 2 seats on the balcon
