Unbelievably great experience. I am a recently new upper leg amputee and somehow the booking misunderstood my needs. The girl working the desk on Wednesday days upgraded our room so our stay would be comfortable. Can’t say enough words about the staff and the room. Great hotel and great price. We stayed in the tower in a 2 queen family suite with pull out couch and the room was huge. Hotel had indoor pool but we didnt use it. Room was clean, shower pressure was good for hair washing, beds were comfortable, parking was easy and underground, staff was nice, I would definitely stay again. They also had 8.99 on sight breakfast that looked good, but didnt try that either. Hotel is very close to the top of clifton hill.

My boyfriend & I stayed for New Years, 4 days, 3 nights, room was a good size, hot tub was amazing, came with a bar fridge & coffee maker, king bed, which was very comfy for my liking. Front Desk Personnel were polite and we were even able to check in a little early upon arrival. I recommend and I would definitely stay there again.
