Very nice room and close to the train station and restaurants. Only problem we had was getting entry into our accommodations. There’s no desk area and the communications to the management was not working. We waited in the rain for about an hour, then decided to make other accommodations. The manager showed up at that time, very apologetic and let us in. From that point on our stay was great.

We had a great stay in La Spezia. This apartment was a 2 minute walk to the train station which made going around the Cinque Terra very easy. Check-in was easy to understand and we arrived to a very clean and new apartment. It is across the street from the main town center which we loved because it was convenient to walk to but not too loud outside with the restaurants and pedestrians. We would recommend staying here!

Perfect room in La Spezia.
This was our second time staying at this property. We stayed for 2 nights. It is the perfect location for exploring La Spezia and the surrounding areas. Right outide the train station and right in the heart of La Spezia. The room was spacious and also had a balcony. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was powerful. We had a great stay.

Conveniently located near the train station. Room was clean and comfortable. The flight of stairs was the only negative especially for travelers with heavy luggages.

Very convenient location, self check in works well. Rooms are in apartment buildings, no elevator so you have to carry suitcases to stairs.

The property is very clean and close to train station. But it is hard to find in the evening and google map doesn't help us to locate the property. There is no luggage storage service for pre-checkin and after checkout. Otherwise it is a good place to stay.

Oppusset rom med fint bad. Hyggelig vert som var tilgjengelig og hjalp da vi hadde problemer med aircondition. Sengen var hard, kjøleskapet var ikke kaldt i det hele tatt. Leiligheten lå sentralt med kort avstand til både gågaten og togstasjonen

Ubicación inmejorable. A pasos de estación del tren y zona de restaurantes y tiendas por dónde todos se mueven para ir al área del puerto. Servicio excelente de la anfitriona. El día 31 de diciembre nos sorprendió con una botella de vino espumoso y chocolates. Muy bonito detalle. Buena seguridad para accesar apartamento por nuestra cuenta. Todo muy bien planificado y fácil. Área con llave para guardar equipaje. Zona tranquila cerca de farmacia, tienda conveniencia, supermercado, etc. Altamente recomendado

Perfekt läge
Perfekt läge, nära till tågstationen och lätt att hitta. Jättefint rum m sköna sängar och mycket fräscht badrum. Enda man kanske kan klaga på är att det var mycket ljud från vägen. Men skulle ändå rekommendera detta boende!
