"The only negative for this hotel is a lack of parking near, which, to be fair, the hotel very clearly communicates to guests. This proved so inconvenient that we moved to another hotel for a return stay we had planned. Otherwise absolutely no complaints - a clean, comfortable room with nice kitchenette and BONUS in room laundry which was awesome during our extended trip to Australia. From the location you can walk to a great grocery store and many nice restaurants in Subiaco, downtown Perth, and of course through Kings Park right across the street. Couldn't be more convenient. "
