"Fantastic hotel. The location and the views are superb! The staff was fantastic and the laundry service was quick and affordable. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. My only but is that the breakfast service seemed a bit chaotic/slow: there were not that many guests having breakfast at the same time but food kept running out on the buffet. Having said that, i would come back to this hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here."

"Fabulous views of lake Argentino from the hotel and staff very helpful especially with our early arrival and check in. There is a shuttle bus to and from the town so didn’t matter that we were a good 45 minute walk away."

The hotel's location and, most of all, the excellent service provided by the entire staff made our trip a fantastic experience.. we loved our room and also the view to the Lago Argentino! We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the argentine Patagonia."
