"I had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Waterloo St. Jacob’s. The room size was excellent—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay, which made the experience even better.
The location is very convenient and easily accessible to shopping, dining, and nearby attractions. The breakfast options were good, fresh, and well organized, offering a nice start to the day.
Overall, it was a great stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again."

"The stay was quite pleasant. Clean rooms, lots of towels and facilities in the spacious room including a microwave and fridge. Lots of parking. Friendly front desk associates. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing fancy. Unfortunately, had a 4 hour, weather related power outtage. I was only inconvenienced because I was working and running out of battery on my laptop. 2nd time with this brand of hotels. Although, the interior of the hotel remained warm considering it was snowing with high winds in December."
