"Spent 3 nights here with my group of friends and we were super impressed by the kind hospitality and dedication of the staff there. We really loved ms Angela and receptionist Hang, who were quick in responding to our needs and always happy to help us. They arranged a tour to halong bay and gave us recommendations of things to do in Hanoi. The room facilities were great, with an excellent location near to all the main areas of Hanoi. Highly recommend this hotel to all groups, families and travellers to Hanoi, for an amazing stay."

"What a wonderful location for this new hotel at the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarters, only just opened this October 2025. This hotel has extremely friendly and very dedicated staff from reception, house keeping to restaurant and breakfast who showed us professionalism, friendliness as they really went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable and unforgettable. The customer service manager Rose greeted us whenever we entered or left the hotel advising us on various culinary dishes to sightseeing locations, a big thank you to Rose. We stayed for 9 nights and found that many of the attractions are within walking distance from the hotel, so please take advantage of the local attractions especially “Train Street” just a few minutes walk. We also had a few day trips, in particular we liked the 12 hour long trip to Halong Bay (Ha Long Bay). This was very adventurous and exciting and do recommend walking shoes. Our stay at Hotel Du Las Signature was very memorable and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and we will definitely be coming back."

"The staff is amazing! Everyone from the bell hop to the front desk, to the bartender, to the supervisors, as well as the cleaners we saw around. They took care of every need. Accommodated every request we had! 10 out of 10 would recommend based on staff alone! Location is perfect for walking / shopping. The pool is average, the roof top bar has great atmosphere, but you do have to walk up stairs the final two flights, the elevator does not go to the top. Additionally the bathroom is down on level, so as we drink and need the bathroom, we were up and down the stairs several times. It was fine, just something to point out. Beds were comfy. Room was big enough. Everything was really nice. But honestly that staff is unbelievable! They made the whole stay fabulous!"
