"Our stay here was great. Firstly the negative, please ensure you liaise with the hotel if you have any level ground access requirements as these are not clearly posted or described. Secondly the halls are a little narrow and dated but this doesn’t reflect on our stay. The level of service upon arrival was nothing short of exceptional. When asked about disability entrance, a member of the team happily left their station of serving evening meals to personally walk us to the entrance and escort us in. A pleasant interaction to ensure we got to where we needed to be. The reception team were fantastic and informative, pleasant and would happily help us with anything. The whole of the downstairs is for entertainment, dining and a bar. This was all clean, well maintained and spacious for a good evening in. The room was in neutral colours but very clean and spacious considering there were four of us. The breakfasts were fantastic. From the quality of food to the service. It’s a help yourself continental buffet followed by a hot breakfast served to your table with a choice of items on there. All great quality and worth every penny. This hotel will be at the very top of our list to return to if/when we return to Blackpool. Thanks!"
