Langland Bay is a family-friendly beach on the southern coast of Swansea. The beach is sheltered from the onshore winds, making it a favourite for local and visiting surfers.
At nightfall, the beach's calm waves make for a great spot if you'd like to take a sandy stroll with your loved ones. Do be careful, as lifeguards only patrol the area during the day between May and September. To enjoy a panoramic view of Langland Bay, you can visit the clifftop walk that leads you from this beach to Caswell Bay.

The Pontardawe Arts Centre is a traditional theatre in Neath Port Talbot. It is a historic establishment to the locals, having once housed the Pontardawe Public Hall back in 1908. Today, this multi-purpose venue features a variety of entertainment facilities, including a refurbished performance studio and a surround-sound cinema capable of seating 450 people.
An art gallery displaying masterpieces from local and international artists known as the Oriel Lliw is part of the Pontardawe Arts Centre. If you’d like to enjoy a drink, there’s an in-house bar at the theatre entrance.

The Clyne Gardens is a large botanical garden between the village of Mumbles and Mayals. Spanning 19 hectares of greenery, it’s well-known for its abundance in rare flowers that change with the season.
The Clyne Gardens is also where you’ll find the tallest recorded Magnolia tree in Britain. Most locals visit the garden to escape the bustling cityscapes, with people often stopping by the iconic Japanese bridge for pictures.
